Cancellation Policy

i charge 100% of your booked appointment ONLY for any no call-no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. if there is a family emergency please reach out before you're charged so i can make accommodations. i also will no longer rebook you if you no-show more than twice.
